Open & Hold Sacred Space
Ceremony to open and close your retreat, space clearing and blessing of your venue, and intention setting for the container. Your participants arrive into something already alive.
Heal & Restore
Soul to Soul – Seen Beyond Words
Delivered in a group setting, each participant receives an individual channeling session in which I gaze into their eyes and allow whoever wants to come through to do so. Profoundly personal. Consistently life-changing. This is one of the most requested experiences I offer.
Immersion Drum Healing
Participants are bathed in the sound and vibration of many medicine drums in a ceremony held entirely for their healing. This vibrational healing intensive creates an immediate sense of community because people are holding space for each other to let go and heal. Shamanic Journeying
A guided ceremonial journey where participants travel inward to receive wisdom, healing, and guidance from Spirit, Animal or cosmic guides, the ancestors, and higher power. It’s grounding, visionary, and deeply personal even within a group container. Watch a quick video or read more here.
Ancestral Healing

The Forgive Nest
A ceremony that takes participants through the terrain of self-forgiveness first — understanding why we react the way we do — before extending that same awareness outward. When people understand themselves more fully, forgiving others becomes possible in a way it simply wasn’t before.
Chakra Alignment Immersion
Delivered in a group setting, each participant receives a 7-center chakra cleansing and heart chakra blessing. Profoundly personal. Consistently life-changing. This is one of the most requested experiences I offer.
Exploring Past Lives
A visual ceremony in which participants literally see into their past lives through a mirror. Best delivered at night, this becomes a natural anchor moment for any multi-day retreat — something participants will talk about long after they’ve gone home.

Intuitive Building
A workshop that invites participants to experiment with their own intuitive ability and validates what they may have long written off as coincidence. People leave with a new relationship to what they already know.
Energetics 101
An experiential introduction to what we project and attract based on what we think and feel — including practical protection exercises participants can carry into their daily lives.
Creation Ceremonies
Mountain Flower also offers her sacred instrument creation ceremonies as retreat experiences. Participants create their own medicine drum or rattle under her guidance — a hands-on, ceremonial journey that weaves ancestral transmission, sound medicine, and deep personal intention into every lace tightening and stitch. Each instrument becomes a unique healing tool that the participant carries home and uses in their own practice.

How we work together
Every retreat is different. I offer single sessions, half-day or full-day presence, or ongoing partnership across your retreat arc. Some retreat leaders bring me in to open and close the container. Others anchor an entire day around a ceremony. We begin with a conversation about your vision, your participants, and what the work is asking for.
A little about Mountain Flower
I am a Medicine Woman, Ceremonialist, and 4th-generation indigenous drum and rattle maker — walking this path for over 27 years, serving thousands. My work is divinely guided: downloaded from Spirit, held in ceremony, delivered with love.
What retreat leaders may not expect is the professional infrastructure I bring alongside the sacred. I’ve held leadership roles across three continents — facilitating at private universities in Nepal, China, and Bangladesh, serving as Area Governor for Toastmasters International, and sitting on the Board of Directors for Girl Scouts of Connecticut as their Board Development Chair. I spent 27 years in the construction industry, 14 of them in project management. I know how to hold a room, manage a program arc, and deliver an experience people remember.
I am also a Karuna Reiki Master Teacher, Forrest Yoga RYT, and 6-time published author. The spiritual and the strategic live in me in equal measure — and both show up when I step into your retreat.
